Governance

Review Gatineau’s local governance framework, responsibilities, decision processes, and transparency rules within the national CCRCC™ network.

Clear, accountable, and accessible local governance.

Gatineau’s local governance remains under the authority of the officially registered board for the local entity. The minisite distinguishes governance decisions, daily coordination, and documented relationships with the CCRCC™ network.

Authority and decisions

Authority comes from governing instruments, bylaws, and applicable resolutions. A webpage, organizational chart, or public profile does not create a mandate and never replaces the official register or a duly adopted decision.

Board, management, and programs

The board provides oversight and makes the decisions assigned to it. Management carries out approved priorities, while program leads work within defined mandates and documented lines of responsibility.

Transparency and protection

Public records are dated, identified, and kept separate from internal files. Personal information collected for compliance, governance, or human resources purposes is not reproduced on the minisite.
